Ukulele Preparatory Group

  • 2026-27 School Year

    Tuition:     $209 per term
    Day & Time: Saturdays 1:00 - 1:30 pm
    Dates:

    • Fall Term: September 19th - December 12th (no class November 28th, Thanksgiving break)

    • Winter Term: January 16th - March 27th (no class February 20th, mid-winter break)

    • Spring Term: April 3rd - June 19th (no class April 17th, spring break)

    Ready? Set?! Play! This group class is an excellent introduction to the Ukulele and gives your young musician a head start for private lessons. Students in this group class will learn basic chords and strumming technique in a fun social environment.

    *Instrument not included, students should bring their own soprano ukulele - ask instructor for recommendations!

  • Beginning students ages 5 - 8, or those with some experience, are invited to join in this class! Instrument is not included; students should bring a soprano ukulele.

    Students younger than 5 may be admitted with instructor approval, contact the instructor for more information.

My Grown Up & Me: Ukulele for Adult and Child

  • 2026-27 School Year

    Tuition: $198 (one adult, one child @ $99 per person*)
    Day & Time: Thursdays @ 5:30 pm
    Dates:

    • Fall Term: September 17th - November 19th

    • Winter Term: January 14th - March 25th (no class February 18th, mid-winter break)

    • Spring Term: April 1st - June 10th (no class April 15th, spring break)

    *each additional person is $99

  • Instructor: Mariah Fraser

    Come learn the ukulele with your child! This class is for adults and children to learn the ukulele together. We will move at the pace of the children, but adults will also receive additional materials to learn some more complicated things along with what we learn in class. Come strum, play and bond with your child through music!

    *Instrument not included, children should bring their own soprano size ukulele; adults can bring soprano, concert or tenor sized - for ukulele recommendations, email Mariah.

  • Beginning students ages 6 - 8, or those with some experience, are invited to join in this class along with an adult who will learn with them.
