This event supports Music Center of the Northwest, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides exceptional music experiences to students of all ages and abilities, regardless of financial means.

Volunteer
Each year we are able to run the gala through the help of our generous donors and wonderful volunteers. If you are interested in supporting the event be volunteering your time, please fill out the form below. There are a number of tasks and times throughout the evening where we could use assistance. If you have any questions, contact Nicole Reimer.
Silent Auction & Hors d’ Oeuvres.
Doors open at 6pm.
The silent auction features fun items, one-of-a-kind experiences, and local donations that you can’t miss out on! Enjoy a snack from the Hors d’ Oeuvres station and sip on a signature cocktail, as you listen to performances from students and community members.

Dinner & Live Auction.
Dinner service begins at 7:30pm.
The Live Auction features special vacation destinations and unique opportunities that you’ve just got to see!
You’ll also have the opportunity to participate in our Restaurant Frenzy to win gift cards to local favorites, join with others to support Music Center directly by donating during the “Raise the Paddle” and compete for the opportunity to have first pick of one of our amazing desserts.
End the evening by dancing to live tunes performed by CenterPiece Jazz Band, an ambassador ensemble of Music Center, whose mission is presenting high quality and entertaining performances for the purpose of championing Music Center of the Northwest.
During the Live Auction, enjoy a family style dinner with your choice of main entree as you hear special performances and testimonials from students and community members.
Dinner includes:
Fall Harvest Salad & Locally Baked Rolls
Creamy Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Roasted Root Vegetables
Chicken Provencal - Green olives, tomatoes, shallots, fresh thyme, white wine, and plenty of garlic create a deeply fragrant, flavorful base for this delicately date-sweetened braised chicken Provencal
French Lentil Roast - French lentils, carrots, leeks, quinoa flour with a wild mushroom sauce and garnished with a confetti of edible flowers. Gluten & Dairy Free, Vegan/Vegetarian.
All sides and entrees are severed family style at each table. If you have any allergies or restrictions, please let us know!
